2020年4月生の受け入れについて
-新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)への対応-（3月11日更新）
3月9日に始まった日本政府による入国制限措置を受け、4月新学期について下記の通り新入生の入国日に応じた新しいスケジュールを決定しました。
●～4月17日までに入国した場合→4月14日からの通常半日クラス
指定入国日は変わらず4月1日、2日です。指定入国日に入国できた場合は、これまで通り13日のプレイスメントテストやオリエンテーションを最初の登校日とします。3日以降、17日までに入国した場合は、入国日に応じた2週間の自宅待機期間を取り、個別でクラス決定やオリエンテーションの内容確認を行い、14日に始まる通常クラスで授業に参加します。その際、遅れた分の授業フォローは学生と相談しながら行いますのでご安心ください。
●4月18日以降に入国した場合→5月18日からの特別全日クラス
4月18日以降に入国する場合は、5月18日に始まる特別クラスで4月期の学習を行います。特別全日クラスは13：10－16：25と16：30－19：30に開講され、所定の授業時間を満たすものです。出入国在留管理庁の通知からも授業時間を確保することが望ましいとされていることを受け、今期に限りこのような特別な措置を取ることとしました。尚、現状においては2週間の自宅待機は継続する予定です。

About the intake for new students of April 2020
-Correspondence to new-style coronavirus (COVID-19)-

Under the announcement which the Japanese government has decided about the limitation of entrance to Japan from March 9th, TLS set the new schedule depends on the date of entrance as follows;
-Students who will enter into Japan by April 17th; The regular classes (half day) from April 14th
The intake days are April 1st and 2nd as schedule. If you can enter into Japan on these days, you can take the placement test and orientation on 13th, and it is the first day for coming to school. If you enter into Japan from April 3rd to 17th, stay home for 2 weeks and take the test and orientation individually. Then after 2 weeks of staying home, you will join the regular class which will start from April 14th.
-Students who will enter into Japan after April 18th; The special classes (full day) from May 18th
If you will enter into Japan after April 18th, you will join the special classes which starts from May 18th and take the classes you will miss during April.
The special classes will be held while 13:10-16:25 and 16:30-19:30 and they will be covered the class hours. According the announcement from Immigration Bureau, they suggest that students can take relevant hours. So that TLS has decided to provide the special classes for the semester.
As we announced before, we still ask all new students to stay home for first 2 weeks.

-學校對於新型冠狀病毒（COVID-19）的應對方式-（3月11日更新）
有鑑於3月9日日本政府實行的入國限制政策，學校針對4月新學期入學新生的入學日期，做出以下行程上的措施。
●4月17日之前入境→參加從4月14日開始的半天課程
指定的入境日期維持4月1日和2日不變。如果你能夠在指定的入境日期進入日本的話，13日將是你到校的第一天,當天進行入學考試和新生說明會。另外,3日到17日入境的話，入境後因為需要自我隔離2週的關係,會個別決定班級或是進行新生說明會內容的說明,自我隔離後2週之後再開始參加半天課程。晚參加課程的部分將與學生討論後進行學習上的支援,請不用擔心。
●4月18日之後入境→參加從5月18日開始的全天課程
如果你在4月18日當天或之後抵達，將參加5月18日開始的4月學期全天班級。全天班級開課時間會在13：10-16：25和16：30-19：30授課，以滿足入管局要求的上課時間數。這是為了對應在疫情下,出入境在留管理庁提出需要確保學生上課時間之指標，我們決定僅在本學期採取此類特殊措施。此外，依現狀來說所有同學在入境日本後仍需遵守2週自我隔離之原則。

3月9日开始受日本政府入境限制措施的影响，现在决定了最新的4月新生入学日程表。
●～4月17日之前入境→4月14日开始通常课程（半天）
指定入境日期不变依然是4月1日、2日。如果在指定入境日顺利入境，和之前一样，13日进行分班考试和新生说明会。3日-17日之间入境的同学，入境日起需要自我隔离2周，其后将进行个别分班考试和新生说明会。14日起正式上课。入学迟到的同学，学校将会与每位同学商量后，采取相应措施进行补课，请大家放心。
●4月18日以后入境→5月18日开始特别课程（全天）
4月18日以后入境的同学，.从5月18日开始将进行特别课程的授课。时间为周一至周五的13:10-16:25和16:30—19:30开课，此决定仅限本学期。另外，入境后同样需要自我隔离2周。
