プライベートレッスン キャンセルポリシー
■ コースキャンセルポリシー
学費の支払いがなされ、コースの契約が成立してから8日以内（192時間以内）であれば、
コース契約を解約することができます。9日以上（193時間以上）経過した場合は、コース契約のキャンセルは一切できません。
■ 学費返金
学生がコース契約を解約、あるいは中途解約した場合は、学生がコース契約時に支払った金額のうち、受講期限（初回授業から6か月）が到来前かつ未受講の部分について、当校が指定する方法により学生に返金いたします。尚、返金の際の送金手数料は学生負担とします。
■ 受講スケジュール
初回カウンセリングの際に、受講希望日程をお伺いします。
ご希望に沿った全体の受講スケジュールを、プレレッスンの際にご案内いたします。
■ 授業キャンセル受付
キャンセル受付期限：授業開始時間の24時間前（土・日・祝日は含まない）までの受付
連絡方法：TEAMS専用チーム内にメッセージを投稿
■ 振替授業
規定に沿って受理されたキャンセル分は、別日で振替日程を調整します。
直近日程のご希望には沿えない場合もあります。
■ 遅刻について
遅刻しても受講は可能です。ただし、遅れた分の延長は行いません。
■ 無断欠席／直前欠席について
無断での欠席、24時間以内の欠席連絡は、受講1回分として消化します。

■ Course Cancellation Policy
The course contract can be cancelled within eight days (192 hours) after payment of tuition fees has been made and the course contract has been concluded.
If more than nine days (193 hours) have elapsed, the course contract cannot be cancelled at all.
■ Tuition fee refund
If the student cancels the course contract or terminates it before the end of the course, the school will refund the amount paid by the student for the part of the course that has not yet been taken before the end of the course (six months after the first lesson). The refund will be made to the student by the method specified by the school.
In addition, the student is responsible for any remittance charges.
■ Course schedule
During the initial counselling, we will ask you about the dates you wish to attend the course. We will provide you with an overall course schedule that meets your preferences during the pre-lesson.
■ Cancellation of lessons
Cancellation deadline: 24 hours before class start time (not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

■ Make-up lessons
Cancellations accepted in accordance with the regulations will be rescheduled for another date. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request for the most recent date.
■ Late coming
It is possible to attend the course even if you are late. However, no extensions will be given for late coming.
■ Unauthorized absences and last-minute absences
Unauthorized absences and absences less than 24 hours prior to the start of the course will be counted as one lesson.

支付了學費，課程合約成立起8天之內(192小時以內），您可以取消課程合約。
經過9天後（193小時以上），則完全無法取消課程合約。
■ 退還學費
要解除課程合約或中途取消課程合約的話，將以本校指定的方式，在授課期限（第一次上課起6 個月內）前且未上課的部分，退還學生在課程簽訂時支付的金額。
另外，退款時的匯款手續費用由學生承擔。
■ 上課時間課程表
第一次的面談時會詢問您希望的授課日期，然後按照您希望的時間來安排全部的授課時間表，並在進行體驗課程時向您告知介紹。
■ 取消上課的受理
取消的受理期限：開始上課的24小時前受理(不含星期六、日、假日)
聯絡方式：在TEAMS的專用團隊裡發(投稿)訊息
■ 補課
依規定受理取消上課的課程會在其他天做補課日期的調整。
也有無法依照您希望的最近日期來調整的情況。
■ 關於遲到
即使遲到還是可以上課，但是遲到的部分無法延長授課。
■ 關於無故缺席/課前臨時缺席
無故缺席、24小時以內的缺席聯絡，則計入一次的上課課時。
